My husband was very pleased to receive this. It was a pleasure to build and more sturdy that previous Ugears builds he’s had in the past. We will buy more from this make as he greatly preferred the experience. This was due to the many extra/spare pieces and sturdy build. It has been well engineered and fitted together pleasingly. Plus there was no need to provide your own toothpicks as he had to do before on other builds (made by the other company). Which made the process a fiddle. This was altogether a pleasing build, no faff or frustrating broken pieces and all the family like to try it out and shoot at the targets or any unsuspecting fly. The shooting mechanism can be dodgy but it’s great fun and well worth the money.

My daughter bought me the small wooden Tower Bridge model for Christmas and I enjoyed building it so wanted to look for another one to do. While browsing i saw this one and was a little bit hesitant because of the price. After some rational arguing with myself about wether or not to buy it i eventually decided to go ahead and ordered it. When it arrived I must admit that I was quite underwhelmed at the size of the box but on opening it the contents are quite comprehensive. The model itself was fairly straightforward to build and the parts all fitted well together. One important thing to point out is that you must follow the instructions exactly or it's easy to make a mistake during the assembly. The finished model not only looks great but it's also fully functional with a working safety catch and fire selection lever. The magazine is also removable and it comes with some small wooden soldiers to use as targets and a big bag of rubber bands. Having completed the model now i would have to say that it is worth the price and it far exceeded what I was expecting. If you like building this type of wooden model then this is a great one to add to your collection. An easy five stars.

Takes a REALLY long time to put together, and fell apart pretty soon afterwards, but it made a great gift and was a lot of fun while it lasted!

I spent all day assembling this,not dificul instructions, I broke 1 piece that didn't had replacement (A37) but it's not important structurally, all pices fit together,and it all works shooting the rubber bands and the rest of the moving parts,reasonable price and it's made of wood,so definetly worth it,similar to legoLooks greath and solid

Great fun product, mechanism is interesting to put together. Solid when assembled and a nice display item.

Bought this for my Dad who loves guns! This wasn’t easy to build, only for the good model builders. Quite complex and time consuming but brilliant when built, it even shoots. He thoroughly enjoyed this challenge.

This was a brilliant build and lots of spares that I assume were made to fill the space of the boards and allow for lost bits without stopping the build.The safety switch and full auto/single shot switch really work which I didn't expect to work to be honest.Full auto is a blast for all of 2 seconds and then reload of 10 bullets takes about 30 seconds so I keep it on single shot now when firing for my cat :)The size is not too big for a model but a decent size for playing with a cat or anything else that will chase a rubber band over about 5 metres, maybe a drunk loved one if you miss them with the shot, not that I tried that ;)Lovely details and only the sight was a bit of a let down as it was detailed but did not flip up unlike all the other parts which moved freely and I don't want to force it as it looks like it should move but doesn't move freely.

Very clever kit and very enjoyable to build. Only disappointment was some of the metal rods/pins were the wrong size or missing altogether (no I didn't loose them). One pin I replaced by super gluing 5 parts together, another pin I cut down from a pin that was 10mm too long. Didn't have any pins left over. Again this not as a result of an error on my behalf, it is almost impossible to use the wrong pin in the wrong place, simply it appears that quality control at ROKR when packaging the pins is a little iffy. I can't really recommend. This is the first kit that I have EVER bought where incorrect or missing parts were evident, unacceptable. I have no confidence in purchasing another ROKR kit.
