I bought this frame for a co-worker who'd lost his grandmother. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the Amazon envelope and discovered that the frame was not even in a box, just bubble wrap! There was also damage (small dent) on the front of the frame, so my guess is that this item was returned, re-shelved, and then shipped to me. Lame.Barring the damage, this is actually a nice frame and would be a great gift to someone. Hopefully my replacement frame will be in better shape and in a box this time.
