good product. Cools down and numbs the hemorroid pain. i will always keep it in my medicine cabinet.

Remove applicator sleeve.
At first I could not get any of the cream through the applicator. Finally determine that the applicator was covered with a clear sleeve. Not visible to the naked eye and no instructions with the product. Need a magnifying glass to read the instructions
