I feel energized with having more potassium than other electrolyte products out there, plus has sodium which is all needed when Intermittent fasting as well as working out. I wanted to try it out to see which flavor I liked the most and honestly, I love all the flavors. It's not too sweet, not too salty, and no dyes added. Quality product.

Does it taste GOOD? No, absolutely not. Decent fragrance and a fantastic source of potassium lacking in most mixes- unfortunately potassium is a bit bitter so that comes with it. I have Gitelmans Syndrome so high potassium is super important and I appreciate this being available, though I wish it didn’t contain sweetener which adds to the aftertaste and it would be nice if it had more sodium. The portable packets and high K level will make this my go to when traveling.

I enjoyed sampling the different flavors. It's easy to mix and goes down well. Most of the flavors are mixed with lemon and Stevia. If I have to give a slight con I would say they were too sweet for my taste, however I made fresh lemon juice and added it to the drink and that worked well for me. I make fresh lemonade everyday anyway.

Probably the best, cleanest option available for heavy duty sports hydration. Does the job and tastes ok (very base) quick-mixed into 16oz water bottle, but I do like it best with some lemon juice and coconut water.My only complaint is the Stevia additive, I hate replacement sweeteners and there is no performance reason for it.

Does the job!While working in the Florida summer heat, I'll add a strip to a shaker and sip on the drink throughout the outdoor work. At the end of the day, I do not feel heat-exhausted.Also, I like how the taste of the flavors are subtle, not dominating, and I appreciate the omission of food dies that are often used to display the flavors. For example, with other products, Grape is usually designated with a purple die. But not with these Dr. Berg products, all the flavors have a neutral opaque whitish color.I highly recommend these for their ease of use (no measuring), their flavors, and their effectiveness.

I like the distribution/profile of the electrolytes compared to say LMNT. This puts an emphasis on potassium rather than sodium. We get plenty of sodium from other sources but really need potassium. This product keeps me hydrated and feeling great. I gave it 3 stars because I do not like the taste and often end up adding some cherry Mio to it.

I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte powders, and most taste very salty or strong. This one is much easier to drink — it tastes more like a very light juice instead of a salty sports drink. The flavors are mild, not overpowering, and I can sip it throughout the day without feeling weighed down. Great option if you want electrolytes without the heavy taste.

Excellent product as far as good for the body and you will definitely notice a difference between other electrolyte powders that do not deliver the proper amount of electrolytes. You will feel the difference. Other products derive their electrolytes synthetically in a lab, these guys derived electrolytes from natural sources, which is bioavailable and healthy. The only downside to this product is they need to work on their flavor profile as it is not to tasty, takes some getting used to. Also the powder does not dissolve well in water. It takes quite a bit of shaking and time to dissolve it properly in the water.
