Is this item suitable for use in stained glass

We have not used it on stained glass but I caqn say that it is reasonably flexible making me suspect that you can. Hint: we had leaded windows in our last house, withthe leading applied to the external face of the double glazzing. Due to the age of the leading and our window clearners using long poles off the ground, the leading broke in a small number of places. I found that the rolls of replacement leading were very easy to profile where the leading went over another line of leading. The trick is to use a plastic tool to pushthe lead strip in firmly atthe start of going over and keeping that pressure applied there, take the new lead over the top of the other lead line, push this down to attach then hold that down while using the plastic tool to push in on the new lead at the other side of the other line of lead. Make sure that the edge of the plastic tool is rounded, not sharp. The adhesive is good enough to cope with the weather conditions we had there: open meadow land so wind and blowing rain, all in north Staffordshire at an off-shoot of the Pennines. H

What is the thickness of this copper tape?

Now that is a good question. This tape is a thin copper foil. I would guess that it is thinner than cooking foil and probably the thickness of sellotape or similar. Having said that, it appears to be quite robust.

Has anyone tried using this tape on the outside of fabric raised vegetable beds? If so did it work?

I purchased this tape to place it in the "U" shaped void under the patio doors. We still see some slug trails, so I'm not 100% convinced this works. Either that, or they are coming in from a different area that is not obvious to us...!

Slugs have found their way into a kitchen cupboard. Can I use tape?

I am not sure it will stop them getting into a cupboard unless you know the exact point of entry and put some tape there. It is a fairly good preventative measure, but certainly not full-proof. I personally wouldn't want it showing on the outside of my cupboards for aesthetic reasons. Sorry, I can't be of more help, but I have only ever used it for plant containers outside.

It repels slugs

Yes it repels slugs, I would advise using a double line rather thana single run, makes it much more effectiveI use it inside the cottage to prevent summer infestations. We have tried everything else including a strongly worded solicitors letter to the slugs, this failed despite its ptevious success against a wasp nest in the stone shed.

Excellent slug tape

I bought this to try, as I’ve got a garden full of flowers and veggies. I didn’t want to use slug pellets as I have 2 young pups. When it arrived I went straight out and put it round my vegetables tubs. Guess what! This morning I went out and wow! It worked. The tape was the best thickness for my flowers but I maybe should have got thicker for vegetables so I just put another row below where I put it on. It’s very easy to use and it rained heavy here last night and the stickiness or product held amazing. I would highly recommend if you are looking for high protection and or animals and children. Brilliant product Thanks

This is not magnetic tape!

Make sure you're not looking for magnetic tape. I mistook conductivity for magnetic, so the product isn't what I wanted. But I didn't realise my error until I found that the tape wasn't reacting to what I wanted to attach to it.I'm sure it's fine for what it's intended for. But it would help if the product description stated that it's not magnetic.

Does not work waste of money

This product does not work at all slugs all over the hedghogs dishes and insde on food, and water disgusting and waste of time and money after wrapping all around the dishes ,slugs all over does not work at all.
