Does the job very nicely!
The difference between a regular maida straight from package and after mixing this gluten powder is clearly noticeable. It provides a more stretchy dough, provides structure and helps with the texture as well.This is my second purchase. Though, the delivery charges comes in the way sometimes, especially if you want to buy the bigger pack.
