I bought this book without knowing the author. I was looking for a book that can guide me a straight forward information with no confusing language and long detours. This book is phenomenal. Step by step information on what to do. Once started I couldn't put it down. It was exciting to read and learn from. This author Walter Grant did an awesome job. I learn more in this book than taking a 3 months class that prolong the same information. Thank you Mr. Grant for this book.

Pros: Outlines the complete process of starting, running and ending the LLC Cons: Bloated - 1st example, dos and don’ts chapter, the dos are covered almost complete by previous chapters (complying with local laws) 2nd example, in dissolving the LLC, the books has 3-4 pages explaining why you want to resolve (not making money…), looks to me too obvious to include. It’s a theme of this book, reminds me of writing essays of certain length in college. And these information doesn’t need repeating in my opinion (unlike some different concepts). Editing mistakes - the screenshot I uploaded shows a paragraph repeating the same sentences twice. I got some helpful information, happy to learn I didn’t miss much from asking ChatGPT about it. Happy for the authors to make some passive income here. Overall this book inspires me to do the same, providing some simple and helpful information, and wrap it in a book

I really loved how this book had so much information and knowledge, but also explained everything in a thorough and easy-to-understand way. Starting an LLC can feel very intimidating and scary, and so I loved how the author created this guide with beginners in mind and gave answers to important questions, which really helped to ease a lot of my apprehension surrounding the topic of starting an LLC. From explaining how to form and structure an LLC to the taxes and risks of LLCs, this book gives you all the advice and dos and don’ts when forming your own LLC. Also, at times when I was confused on certain vocabulary, I really appreciated the glossary the author placed in the back of the book; it helped a lot with my understanding. This was an informative and invaluable read, and I’ll definitely be keeping this one in mind.
