For what my friends say that it's clear but not to crisp but its pick up background noise but not to bad

No, it does not these Bluetooth earbuds work with iPhone, iPad and android

I've been using mine for a few weeks now almost daily with an older iPad and have had no connection issues. I would suggest unpairing them from the device, restarting your device and resetting the earbuds, and reconnecting. If that doesn't solve the issue, you may just have a bad pair of earbuds and you should probably contact Amazon or Anker for a replacement.
