Q: Does this coffee have caffeine?

Yes, the only coffee without caffeine will be clearly labeled ‘Decaf’. This is not Decaffeinated.

Yes I use it in My keurig reusable pod and it makes a delicious cup of coffee !

Q: how do I prepare the café du monde coffee and chicory? just like regular brewed coffee?

Use it like any other coffee. I use to French Press and that is a good way. For last 4-5 years, I have been brewing it in a Toddy cold brew system. Still get that rich coffee and chicory flavor. It is pretty simple system, i did away with the measurements. I add the whole can of Cafe Du Monde (or 10-16oz bag of ground coffee. If beans, Grind as course as possible). Usually I will layer it 1/4 coffee, 1/4 filtered or distilled water, more coffee, more water, ect ect. Once coffee soaked, I'll fill hopper to 1/2"-3/4" of top and put the supplied lid or a pot lid on top. Let it sit over night or 8-12 hours. Drain and enjoy. This makes a coffee concentrate that stays fresh in Fridge for 2-3 weeks. I mix 1/4-1/3 coffee and rest boiling water. Poof, fresh coffee anytime of day. But anyway, this coffee is amazing anyway you prepare it. thanks!

There’s no sweetener in this coffee. I drink mine black and strong. It’s coffee and chicory blended.
