This was great to have when I was just starting out. It made remembering what info to gather and remembering that info MUCH easier, as I tend to be forgetful. One notepad can last for months, they're durable, and I like how they look. Also, it fits nicely in my rear pocket. The layout is good and has spaces for most of the important things. The only two complaints I have are 1) I wish there was more room for some important things, namely medications and history, and 2) some space is wasted with some unimportant stuff (city, zip code, state, doctor's name, and doctor's phone number) that would be better suited for extra mx and hx lines Overall, I'd definitely recommend!

As a police officer working in a rural community sometimes I beat EMS to the scene. Being able to have all of the patient info and then some in the right place means they can focus on patient care instead of redundant questioning. The size is good to go in the outer carrier pocket, its sturdy enough to write on, I for in the pages are good and practical. Good product

Phenomenal piece of gear for the EMT student, EMT, Paramedic, or whatever. This little notebook has came in clutch too many times to count to help keep me on track whether I’m first on scene and need to talk to fire and the medics, give a nurse a patient report at the hospital, and as well as just having notes to reference for my electronic patient care reports when our tablets inevitably crash in the middle of a call and transport. Don’t think twice, get this because the outline flows well with your patient assessment too so it gets you those reps in memorizing the assessment too. Can’t recommend enough, ignore the poor reviews because honestly for what you get in such a compact package and how many notepads you get, you can’t really beat it

These are slightly larger than others I have bought and that makes a tremendous difference (but still compact enough to slide into a side pocket without fidgeting)! Plenty of space and thicker paper is more resistant to ink bleeding through (for those of us who use f p sharpie for everything). Pages flip easily and the binding rings do not twist as easily as other pads, ensuring you can write on both sides of a page. Has all the items you need, although a 2nd line for follow up vitals would be nice (notes on back works, too). Very versatile - can be used for vitals or just notes. Same price as a quality plain notebook, but designed so others can easily understand your notes. Very easy to use.
