Cassava flour is delicious
It's an excellent quality of flour, flavor and thickness for bread and tortillas.

Healthy option to over processed flour
I have used this in multiple recipes and I can not tell the difference in the taste and how it handles. It thickens soups and stews perfectly and doesn’t cause a sugar spike! Love it!

cassava is great!
Its lectin free and makes wonderful tortillas! Used it years ago when I went gluten free but thought it was too starchy and carbs but now that I am following the Dr Gundry lectin free diet (and seeing really changes!) this is one of the carbs on his yes list and I am thrilled!

I'm able to digest it.
I like toasting the flour to use instead of bread but it uses a lot of olive oil.

I like this Cassava flour, it’s organic!
I like that this Cassava flour brand is organic, that is important to me because I don’t know enough about of cassava is grown or where it is and whether it’s GMO or pesticides are used when growing this root. It’s is a very light, fine white flour. So if your substituting for regular flour or a heavier flour like coconut be prepared the texture/outcome will be different. I bought this to make gluten-free tortillas. I think initially I added too much liquid and this brand is very light so I got a sticky dough. I don’t think this organic cassava it’s like some other cassava brands that I’ve tried. I like it a lot, it just takes some getting used to when using it in recipes. I used Terrasoul products before. Great value for price, I’ve seen non organic cassava flour for same price or greater.

Great Value, Taste, and Texture
I really love this stuff. I used to buy Otto’s on the rare occasion I used cassava flour but I found the taste and texture off-putting as well as the exorbitant 10$ per pound price tag. However, since discovering this cassava flour I bake with cassava all the time! The texture is much better than Otto’s it is super fine just like AP flour or perhaps a bit finer and when baked there are never any unpleasant crunchy starch crystals like I experience with Otto’s. The taste is also very mild and unobtrusive and the price is amazing. I’ve used this to make bagels, and cakes and they’ve come out wonderfully. One cake recipe actually used regular AP flour and I substituted half of this Terrasoul and half almond flour and it actually baked up really well!

Not cassova
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I dont think this is cassova flour, I think its tapioca flour. Its not the usual cassova consitancy And my normal recipes are soupy and fail with it. Going back to the other brand.

Best Cassava Flour!
This is my third cassava flour brand to try. I started with Otto’s and its ok but always has these fibrous hairs in it that I had to sift out. Then I tried Anthony’s which Ive been using for months but then the last 3 bags I bought were weird and awful so i tried this one (Terrasoul) and ohmygosh. The flavor is soooo much better. Its a slightly nutty flavor, almost buttery. It makes THE BEST tortillas. Im so impressed!Tortilla recipe:- 1 3/4 cup cassava flour- 1 tsp salt- 2/3 cup warm (80F) water- 1/3 cup oil- Roll into 1.5” balls- Press out with either a rolling pin or tortilla press- Cook in lightly oiled pan on med high heat (1-2 min per side)- Enjoy!
