Fantastic Korean cooking bible. I keep referring to it. Love the way they have laid out the book and how the pages and recipes are divided. It works with my way of thinking. If anything. I wish the cover was more durable, because the fabric covering the board is an organic matt-like paper, which can easily get scuffed. This by no means would put me off from purchasing it again though.

Brought this for work as sous chef at a Korean restaurant in Bristol called Bokman and it is a incredibly knowledgeable book really helpful for anyone learning the cuisine
