Q: Is this the same as the PUNJANA Irish Breakfast Tea? It now only says Irish Breakfast Blend?

As far as I know, yes. It is the blend in the green foil as noted in the picture above. Discovered it by accident and now it is the only tea I prefer. Gave away the Barry's and Brewleys.

Q: Why does this show up in a decaffeinated search? No where on the packaging does it show that it is decaffeinated

The product in the picture is not decaffeinated. I have seen a decaf variety of the same product. I don't drink decaf so I can't say what that package looks like. Suggest you ask the seller directly. It's a strong tea so you need the decaf variety for certain.

no, this one has caffeine, but they do have a caffeine free version

Each bag is square. There is no tag nor any envelope. Other teas I like even better include: Builders Tea & Welsh Brew.
