Not genuine product
The product supplied is not genuine. I used to fill ink my Epson printer today and found that after opening the bottles the ink was not going into the printer tanks . A close observation revealed that there was a small seal at the mount of all bottles. When the seal was revived then also ink was not going into tank . The cap was opened and I observed that ink was filled into another packet which was required to be opened . When the poly pack inside was opened , cap installed and ink bottle was inserted again the entire ink spilled . This never happened before as This is the second time I hv procured this item thru Amazon . Unfortunately the return window closed again but I will seek help of customer services for replacement.

Ink Didn’t Work – Doesn’t Fill Printer at All!
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this Epson ink expecting a smooth refill for my printer, but it was a complete waste. The ink doesn’t go inside the printer at all, no matter how many times I tried. I followed all the steps correctly — opened the seal, matched the nozzle properly — but still the ink just wouldn’t flow into the tank.Feels like I got a defective or fake product. Totally disappointed, especially since this was supposed to be a genuine refill. Now my work is delayed and I’ll probably have to order another one — hopefully from a more reliable source.Not recommended at all. Be careful before buying!
