I'm retired and due to a life of working with my hands I have severe arthritis in my hands and wrists. I get cortisone injections every 3 months. My ortho doc says surgery probably won't help and might even make it worse. I have been using compression wraps for years and they help a lot with the pain. I now have an Apple watch for fall detection and cant use wraps and the watch. This band puts just enough compression in just the right spot to alleviate my pain! I should wear a large, but the medium gives a tighter support. VERY happy that I can now have the best of both worlds now!! Your results may vary, but it's just right for me! I should note that my affliction is NOT Carpal Tunnel, although it might help for that as well.

I’ve tried several of these athletic wrist bands for the Apple Watch (including the Twelve South one, which is hands-down the worst). But this band is the perfect combo of minimalism and usability. It’s simple and works perfectly. What more could you want? A cheap price? Well heck, it’s got that too.I can’t recommend it highly enough.

comfortable and easy to use

I enjoyed not having band marks on my wrist every night. I have tried many types and this is definitely the most comfortable. It was also very nice to sleep with it on. The cons are that when I wash my hands it gets wet it stays that way for a long time. Also it's bulky and gets caught on things like my backpack and sleeves. It also started fraying only a few weeks after I got it. I'm too lazy to switch bands for different occasions so I had to abandon this one and stick with something that dries faster.

exactly what I needed to work out with my apple watch! still get to use the watch functionality but with the extra benefit of wiping sweat away like a traditional sweat band. A great value

These work amazing!As others have said, they are ugly as sin.They do prevent my watch from sliding into uncomfortable places on my wrist while mt biking. THIS is the reason I bought them, and they work great!I bought large and still wish they were slightly bigger. I also wish they came in other colors.Overall, I purchased a couple more cuz I misplaced everything.

Feels soft looks just like sweat bands.I have a galaxy watch ultra and had to pull the elastic away and cut the iwatch mounts with wire cutters be carful if you do this.I ordered the watch ultra adapters 22mm pins and attached them works great.Only reason I bought this is my tendon got inflamed for wearing normal heavy duty spigen bands.Also ordered the larger ones.
