This is a wonderful supplement. It helps with many different things for me it has helped my skin and joints so much. This product is priced well at two bottles for under $37. I have been using this for more than 6 months and will continue to so so.

With this supplement, with consistency you will see results in approximately 2 w they need the better Quality Soft gel because it requires a lot of water to be swollen. No digestion issues, no flavors just a good quality.
