We have a Gaggia bean to cup machine and this has a a bean reservoir we refill directly from the foil lined bag. We keep the bag sealed and in a cool dark cupboard.

It doesn't say on my packet of Crema E Aroma only that it's a blend of coffee from "exotic locations around the world" I guess you could email Lavazza if you need to know however it does make nice coffee in my bean to cup machine.......hope this helps.
