Very glittery! Only downside is it gums up pretty easily

The glitter spray paint will apply to your project where you aim it to be. With all glitters, there may be some stray glitter pieces, but it can be kept to a minimum if careful application is used.

How long is the drying time?

Let dry 4 hours. Fabric can be washed (inside out) after 72 hours.

Would this work if I sprayed it on top of a printed design on a custom sweatshirt?

Absolutely! Tulip Glitter Spray Paint is a great way to add a little sparkle to your fabric project and dries permanently and is machine washable. Be sure to allow the product to fully dry before washing and I would recommend washing on gentle cycle and then hang dry.
