I have been taking it for some time and it seems to have boosted my immunity system. I am a teacher and I used to get sick very often (once a month or more), even in the Spring and Summer months. I used to take 5,000 . Since I up my vit D intake to 10,000, I have not been sick . Let’s see how it is going to be during Winter and colder months.
