Not even soft. But you know… oh and we left it in the attic closet so it wasn’t toasty in there but it was warm ishDurability seemed to be good. We really pushed the stitching and the materials to the brim because of having to take my stash. Definitely wouldn’t say this would be a lifetime or even 5 year bag or anything though how I'm using itThe side cup holster thing has a lot of forgiveness to it. I absolutely love the Heytrip Backpack Cooler Bag! The colors are beautiful and vibrant. It keeps my drinks cold even during warm weather, which is fantastic. I usually add a few drinks and a couple of ice packs, and it works perfectly.One thing to note is that it can get a bit heavy when fully loaded, but the padded straps help with the weight. I also love that it comes with a bottle opener—such a handy feature! The bag seems very durable and well-made.Another great feature is the hooks on the front where you can attach your keys or whatever you want. It’s very convenient and adds to the bag’s versatility. I don’t know if it leaks because I use ice packs instead of ice, but so far, it’s been perfect. The size is just right for my needs.

This backpack has been great at keeping things cold and fits a fair amount of stuff. I have younger kids and I can pack up food for a whole day of being out of the house. It's comfortable on the back and I really just like the white color. I do wish it has a slightly larger top space for stuff but really it's good enough.

Good quality and material for the price is a very nice size. You can fit a good amount of stuff inside of it. I’m pleased with this.

I bought this backpack cooler because the one I had previously from another brand, the insulation had ripped and water from melted ice got behind the lining and begin to mildew. It took me a while to figure out where the smell was coming from and then I noticed the small tear on the lining. So I searched for another backpack cooler and found one that was smaller so small in fact that it was practically useless, and it leaked so easily that I found water on the floorboard of my truck all the time, so I returned it and begin to search for another one, that’s when I came up on this backpack cooler. It is massive as I have the 54 can variant and it definitely has massive amounts of space but we haven’t even gotten into the good part yet. This backpack cooler will literally keep ice in it and on your beverages for upwards of 20+ hours! I read the review but was hesitant to believe it but I can say from my own personal point of view that it may almost keep ice depending on the conditions 24 hours. Now, that’s not to say that the ice doesn’t melt because it absolutely does but what I am saying is that you will still have cold beverages the next day! Now, condensation does build up on the bottom , for some odd reason, it will sweat, but it doesn’t leak and it has a neat zipper function that keeps it from accidentally spilling as ice melts. It sits flat and firmly in the back of my truck and does not turn over and the back is the backseat there is , so many good things to say about that you actually get the most bang for your book book and I don’t feel that. I’ll have to buy another backpack cooler anytime soon.

Best cooler! Beach, boat, soccer, baseball..it does it all! The backpack style is easy to carry. We use ice packs, but it also holds ice well. No complaints. Can’t beat the price.

Well made, main compartment is big.

The media could not be loaded. Well I got this bag for a trip with my family thought I would take it for a one day test ride filled it with ice and a few drinks. Everything fit fairly well but what sucks is it tilted and fell over a few hours into the ride and water was spilling everywhere from outside of the zipper it says it’s leak proof and as soon as it tips over all the water comes out and spilled into my backseat I would’ve given this a five star, but unfortunately that leak from the zipper doesn’t really sell me on leak proof for this product. Other than that, it’s built very well and it is very durable
