This was a great purchase, it fits perfectly on my chair and gives great relief to my neck pain

Perfect for my mum she loves it and a good price to, some are really expensive for what you get, i dont have a problem with them moving on the chair, but if you do, you can buy these weights that you use for table cloths in the summer outside to stop them blowing away on Amazon, i have just clipped 4 of those on the back and it stays put but i think it depends on the type of settee or chair you have the fabric, we have material, but if you have leather i recommend the weights they will definitely help and i only put the weights on cos my mums other one was weighted, hope this helps

Whilst it is very comfortable I made the mistake of washing and then tumble drying the item. As a result it now doesn't stay in place because the part of it which grips the back of the chair is no longer doing so to the extent it was. That means that it slips out of place on a regular basis and I am constantly having to adjust it which is not ideal.

Does not stay on chair. Length which goes over the back of the chair is too short and material does not attach to chair - just slips down front of chair when used. Would not recommend.

This order was down to arrive on Saturday came this morning, all screwed up so tight could hardly open it, & certainly not worth the money.

This is fine but it does not hold in place very well . It needs to have a better grip

This item is cheap and offers little support. Constantly falls off the chair because it is filled with a light wool.

The quality of fabric used for the neck, head pillow is very poor. Every hair sticks to fabric and very hard to remove even with sticky rollers. Unpleasant sight at all times.

I honestly do not understand the complaints in other reviews regarding softness. The cushion is perfectly soft and comfortable. It's also a great size - just enough to put my head in the best place to see the television and not crank my neck too far forward. Stays put well, even without the velcro they enclose. Wish it came in a slightly darker color to match my recliner, but that is an extremely minor concern - there are several colors to choose from. I'm happy with it.

I size, softness and material are really good. Exactly what I was looking for. 👌The backing is rubber dots, it really keeps it in place.
