This is the best black walnut extract that I have purchased and used. Great value for the money. I add it to my daily protein shake or you can add it to juice as well to avoid any stomach upset. Seems good, I recommend green black walnut because it tastes stronger and I like that bitter taste.

Add it to coffee, add it to milk, add it to tea. Bought it for a parasite problem it turns out that I don't have, but it's the best source of walnut flavor I've found to this day. It also lasted ages.
