Can you use the mouse separately from the keyboard? I have only found one dongle so I assume they have to be used together.

The thing we got was NOT A REAL KEYBOARD. I've cleaned the hard drives of/repaired/rebuilt and sold computer and peripherals since around 2001 ... it was a counterfeit we received and NOT REAL.
