Much better shape than other refurbished HP computers I've purchased
This laptop arrived in excellent condition, physically and working. I find it to be exactly as advertised in specifications, and I've been operating it a solid 36 hours, so far, and it does not disappoing in any way. I'm very pleased. I've purchased about 5 computers, all HP refurbished (by different vendors) during the last few years via amazon. This is, by far, the best. I've got Windows 11 installed on this, now, and I'm 'loading it up'.

HP laptop upgrade
Ordered new (refurbished) laptop to update to Windows 11. Everything came as described and have had no issues or complaints! Was somewhat leery of going with a refurbished unit, but it looks like brand new and was glad to save some money on purchase! Very satisfied!

NOT AS DESCRIBED
The laptop itself is *ok* BUT I purposely ordered THIS one because it said it comes with Windows 10 installed and unfortunately it came with Windows 11 which I did NOT want.. my only choice is to send it back and wait for a refund and purchase a different laptop or just keep this one and deal with the Windows 11...debating what to do ...

A great value on an i7 machine
I needed a reliable and fast machine to replace my work PC. This one has all the standard stuff and good performance specs. It is not the newest generation, nor the fastest. But, my other personal machine is an i5, and this machine runs circles around it. It is difficult to find good deals on i7 machines. This one has a nice graphics coprocessor and better than average ram. Great deal!

Product works great and came as described. Its more than i need but should last until windows 11 turns into windows 12

Letter Key not working??
Bought this in "acceptable" condition and the letter "B" key didn't work! Tried to fix on my own but was unable.....had to return!!
