What a disappointment. I had high hopes for this iron/steamer. The steam does not come out. It just clicks with no action. The iron does not get the wrinkles out, either. I don't know if it is just not hot enough or what. It turns off after several minutes while in the middle of ironing so you have to stop and reengage. I have tried ironing napkins and pillowcases which are easy things to iron and they remained wrinkled. So disappointing. It is a terrific concept and now I need to find something to take its place.

As a steamer it’s not very good. It works great as an iron. I bought it for the convenience of steaming but honestly I didn’t see the wrinkles disappear as steamer but when I used it w an ironing board it work very good

I’ve had 3 or 4 various steamers over the years and this is by far my favorite. It heats up super quickly. The paddle gets nice nd hot for ironing and there is plenty of steam to even smooth my linen pants with ease.. love it

After one year of ownership, I have some experience to share.Steaming: 10/10Ironing :10/10Durability:1/10The acrylic water tank did what acrylic always does: it cracked. All the way around where the lid meets the tank, the acrylic has cracked and started leaking at month 10.

The media could not be loaded. Update!!Today there started to come out fire smoke out of the steamers head. And I noticed how the head started to come loose also so I quickly rant to the balcony to get the smoke out of the apartment before it would hit the smoke alarm.And When the fire smoke started to slow down, being out of danger I started to record for my references for the warranty I purchased along this steamer.Im gonna reach out to see how to move forward, hopefully I can get this replaced due to really love this steamer.When I first used this machine I was a little disappointed thinking it didn’t work as it supposed to. I actually complained of this product and really wanted to ship it back.Yet I did not want to give up on this steamer due to really like the quality, so after a second try given to the steamer I gave it more time to press the push out the steam.A lesson learned to know engineering better lol.Fully unaware that I needed to let the steam push through the hose multiple time until Lou gave me a consistent steaming, up till today and still works perfectly. I love the two settings of heat of steam. I prefer the second since it’s really hot.And it really is spill proof.I love how the hose feels durable and doesn’t bend at all.It’s so easy to use for steam and iron.I definitely highly recommend this device.
