The media could not be loaded. It was a mission to install but granted I’m a young woman and this was my first time ever setting up an automatic lock. I took a while before reviewing to give you an accurate review. So it has a sleek look which I love and has an app you can install. On this app it tells you who’s using what codes to enter. You can set up codes for as many or as little people as you want. Battery life so far is great the auto lock feature can be set to whatever time you’d like I just have mine set to 10 seconds for security reasons. The only downside to this is that if you don’t have the automatic lock on you can’t lock your house let’s say from work. It has to be on the same network in order to lock the door from let’s say your room in case you forgot. However I live in a gated community so this isn’t really an issue on my end, but I do see how it can be for some people living in possible apartments. The lock came with two keys and two key cards which are tiny so keeping it on your keychain is a must !

The media could not be loaded. We have been wanting to add a self lock and this fit the bill. It was VERY easy to install. You do have to download an app to set a code but you can lock and unlock the door from your phone and you can set multiple codes for each person to have one. So you can give one to your house keeper and family members with ease of knowing who’s coming in and out of your house since each person will have a unique code. You can set a timer for the lock to set once you close the door. The lock also comes with key chain keys so you don’t have to type the code, you just put it close to the lock and it unlocks. Very convenient when your hands are full. For all the ladies out there, just have your husband install it and you take care of the app. See, EASY.

This lock is awesome my children all have their own code, I can let anyone in while in another country. Yes I was in South American and was able to let a friend in that need a place to stay for a few nights. It locks 30 seconds after opening so no worries about if you locked the door! the app is awesome. will buy another for the other door.

I was looking to replace my old electronic locks and stumbled across this. I like that it is an electronic handset. I was replacing an electronic deadbolt and need another deadbolt to replace it with.I was attracted to this lock because of it versatility and price. You can open this door remotely, with a key fob, or a code, It also has the capability to unlock with Alexa, but I cannot get that to work. I found this lock on sale, which was a super bonus.Installing the lock was pretty easy. It was just plug and play since I was replace a deadbolt for a deadbolt. It took my about 7 minutes to install. Adding profiles, and codes were very easy once you figure it out.My family primary uses the code function. We have not used the key fob option yet and really have no need to use the key other than an emergency back up.The app is pretty basic, but very easy to use and navigate. I like that it tells me who has unlocked the door and keeps a history of the date and time. In order to be able to unlock the door while away via the internet, you will need to purchase a gateway. It does not have to be the TEEHO gateway though. Do your homework when purchasing a gateway, I went through 3 of them before I found one that worked. You can run multiple locks on the gateway and the app though. I am currently running 2.The lock is very nice looking, but I do not think it has a designated wake up button and I am still figuring out what the lock button is. To wake it, I just hold my finger on the keypad for a couple of seconds. I like this lock. It seems pretty durable, but only time will tell. I will also have to wait on the verdict on battery life, but it looks promising. This is a viable option and a serious competitor to the other big name brand electronic locks.

Bought this in september 2023. It’s worked fine until yesterday. I’ve only had to put new batteries in once. Got locked out of my house due to the lock not working. Finally got in, changed the batteries (there was 0 indicator that the batteries were dead like there was in the past). I factory reset the lock, to no avail. It beeps randomly all day now when the batteries are in and nothing has made it work. I contacted support, as it’s still in warranty and I have gotten no response. Now I’ve had to go make extra keys for everyone to get in the house. There is no visible damage to the lock, it just stopped working

Have had this for over a year. Changed the battery for the first time app is easy to use. Would buy again. Easy install

How this lock is above 2 or 3 stars all together is beyond me. Easy to install but have to drill a hole in the door no one mentions. App total garbage and you need to be right next to lock to get anything to work cuz not WiFi. Huge issue is you can’t set your own passcodes. I have kids an 8 number generated code that they have to remember doesn’t help at all. Totally stupid and biggest reason I returned. Don’t waste your time it took forever to get everything working and not the passcode has to be right numbers and generated randomly.Edit: ok after a few days I figured out how to add your own code. It’s not in the manual. The app is still terrible this doesn’t change the rating. You have to auto generate a passcode being really close or touching the lock with your phone and still sometimes it fails. Once it’s generated in the submenu where you see the code there is an arrow and you touch that. A dialogue appears and you can change the code. Terrible user interface.

I needed a deadbolt lock where I could shut the door and it remains unlocked. Tgst feature is necessary for my backyard patio door, especially when you are having a party and people are coming and going to your back yard BBQ. Another set of custom eclectic door knobs are being installed without locks so the door stays closed when the deadbolt is in unlocked mode.It hasnt been installed yet. Will update later.
