These are slimy, so green they're almost black, and sour. Taking my first dose I kind of couldn't believe they'd make gummy vitamins this sour. Now I look forward to taking them! They're nice and soft, don't make me feel like throwing up, and the flavor kick is a bit fun.I can understand how these would be polarizing, but I enjoy my sour goth gummies a lot. Most importantly, it's a choline supplement I can actually take when I couldn't keep pills down. So 5/5, I'm very happy I found these.

My wife has been taking during pregnancy and likes it. We know choline has been shown to have positive effect on brain health of child during pregnancy, as recommend by ACOG, and she couldn’t get the increased amount needed through her diet or prenatals. This is also one of the few gummy options out there that is much more palatable than taking large pills (she’s already taking several of those for her prenatal). Flavor is a bit tart and the gummies do stick as others have said, but not a big issue for us.

I've ordered three bottles of this supplement so far. The first was fine, very very sour but edible. Better than swallowing a pill in my opinion. The second and third bottle the gummies were extremely sticky to the touch and tasted strongly of dust. They smelled rotten and after a few days the gummies were creating a sticky pool at the bottom of the bottle. I ended up trashing both bottles. I don't know if they changed their formula or not but as it is I wonder if there might be an issue with quality control and I worry that eating them will harm my health.

Using for pregnancy so I feel I might have some taste aversion but too sour for my taste. Good quality though. Definitely tastes like sour apple

Yes, the taste is EXTREMELY tart, but the results far outweigh the taste. I quickly chew and swallow mine. I have been taking this supplement for twelve months. My recall has improved tremendously!!! I will continue to bite and bare, because the results are worth the tart taste. Many veggies are yucky, but they too are beneficial, right? Pucker and chew up. You won't be disappointed. 😁 Review update. I am still happy with my memory results, but 2 of the last 3 orders were expired and I couldn't return one. I am a little leary now about future orders. I have always trusted Naturemade and I don't think the expired bottcame from them. However, I am still not sure I want to place another order after over a year oforders.

Sour! These were great but man were they sour!

I got these along with gummy multivitamina when I had horrible pregnancy nausea and could no longer stomach a pill. I was a war head, lemon drop, sour candy loving kid, and these are still unpleasantly sour. I'm assuming that's to cover up some horrible taste, so it's bearable. It gets me and my baby nutrition, so it does the job. I'm on my third bottle now
