This watch winder will rotate your automatic watch to set direction and set Turns Per Day (TPD) to keep it wound. It has four different settings: PROGRAM 1: On this setting, the winder will rotate clockwise for 6 minutes and rest for 30 minutes, this cycle will repeat itself constantly. PROGRAM 2: On this setting, the winder will rotate counter‐clockwise for 6 minutes and rest for 30 minutes, this cycle will repeat itself constantly. PROGRAM 3: On this setting, the winder will rotate counter‐clockwise for 20 minutes and rest for 10 minutes then will turn clockwise for 20 minutes and rest for 10 minutes, this cycle will repeat itself constantly. PROGRAM 4: On this setting, the winder will rotate clockwise for 10 minutes then rotate counterclockwise for 10 minutes.

It works great. It's so quite that the only way I know it's running is by checking to see if the watches are running. I would recommend it.
