FYI, Shin ramen sold in Korea don’t have meat inside either. It’s dried mushroom. Dried mushroom have texture like meat (chewy). However, the soup itself is made of beef broth. Also, nowhere in the package says it’s for vegetarian so I don’t understand why it says ‘vegetarian’ in the Amazon fresh description. It’s obviously Amazon’s fault.

I find them pleasantly spicy, but have been eating them for tears. The spice mix comes in a packet so you control how much is added. I recommend starting with half of the spice packet at first, to see if you like it.
