The media could not be loaded. After 1 month broken, change cable, no no help

Had nothing but problems from the first time l tried to use it. The box kept turning itself off and on. Very frustrating. Would turn off when changing programs, having to reboot many times. Once a program was on, it seemed OK but when turned on next day it would start turning off and on again. I just couldn't put up with it so returned it as faulty.
