Harmony Audio HA-A1500.1 Car Stereo Class D Amp Mono 3000 Watt Subwoofer Amplifier - 1 Ohm Stable - Includes Bass Remote

I'm 50yrs old . Been a bass head my entire life. Owner of many spl builds. If its been made I've usually ran it. With that being said. This is one of the most impressive amps I've ever owned . Bang for buck is an understatement. This amp produces WAY more power than it states. No heating issues of any kind. I was so impressed . I bought 5 -1500.1s ,4-800.1 , and 1-400.4 Make sure you have proper electrical . Upgrade your alternator, throw in a scib or cmax bank. Don't run a Walmart lead acid battery and expect miracles to happen. Most folks that bash an amp that is PROVEN normally have no idea how to wire one up properly. Don't use fishing line for power and grounds. Make sure you run some 1/0 OFC Minimum!! Buy you some reducers and install the amp on an amp rack not the back of the subwoofer box. SMH! For the people that install the amp on a box. How about put your forehead against it and turn the volume WAY up . You will probably then understand why NOT to mount the amp to the box. LolAmps run cool, very efficient. I've had absolutely no issues of any kind. Over the years I've learned that most manufacturers have to start from some where in order to get recognized. I truly believe this amp line will be a amp line to contend with in the future. I also have the monolith (2) 12s running 0.5 ohm on a taramps smart 3k . That's 7855 watts going to 2 subs. They have no issues whatsoever. Im also building a demo vehicle with (3) 18s monolith series. These monolith speakers are built high quality as well. I have (2) Md12000.1 0.5 ohm versions for demos running 2 12ks on 3 harmony 18s .These subs are built like tanks and DO NOT get hot. You can't go wrong with the monolith series subs or any of the harmony audio amps. Small but extremely powerful . I just wished they made an even more powerful monoblock. These 1500s were put in the category of a 3k budget amp test. The results came back harmony #1 . Also their 18 monolith subs came back #1 . Do your research. Look at Williston Audio most impressive amp dyno video. Harmony was #1. Darren has tested 100s of amps ..The dyno doesn't lie.

Only complaint I have is the protection coming on at 1 ohm. 2 kicker compR 8’s wired to 1 ohm. Did fine when I only had one and it was wired at 2 ohm. Besides that it’s great!

Don't bother. Bought this a while back but never got around to installing cuz I already another amp in place. I figure this would be an upgrade to my existing set up. Old set up was a 80w powered 8" bandpass box. Very efficient, nice addition to my factory system. New set up is this 400.1 amp & a sundown 8" dvc in a vented box.WHAT A LET DOWN!!!I've used sundown 8" dvc subs in other set ups in the passed. They hit hard if powered right. This is obviously NOT the amp for it. With the gain cranked it barely moves the sub.. I'm running a 1ohm load. I should be getting the max power from the amp... THIS THING SUCKS. 😒👎🏽what a waste of time wiring this thing in. 🤦🏼‍♂️

I been looking for the a good amp since im really picky on having good working stuff i did alot of research for different amps and my gut told me this one and by far i had it for 2 weeks and its really good alot of power and clear sound i have it plugged up to a 1000 rms sundown sub and sounds clean i was hoping i didnt waste over 200 bucks on somthing that i didnt know i would recommend this amp cant beat the price also buying another one soon *****

Highly underrated amp. Buy them now before they go up like every other amp . I can remember when orion , JL and hifonics were overpriced. But before the name was known it was like any other amp..you know , everyone talked bad about it till they actually tried it. Same goes for the harmony audio line. It's new . Has no name recognition. But I can assure you it won't be long these amps will be skyhigh . Its just a matter of time.
