Turmeric is great for reducing inflammation and boosting the immune system.The tablets are easy to swallow and there’s no residue.I’ve been feeling grrst since I started taking them.

I have been using turmeric for a while but this felt better than my previous brand. I probably need to use them for a bit longer to be sure but it seems promising.

I do feel that after a month these are making a difference. I dont grown as much when getting up off a chair. I am 75 so expect a few aches and pains (especially with a new knee) but i have already recommended them to a friend.

My husband suffers from arthritis and taking this supplement definitely helps to reduce his symptoms. This brand is reasonably priced and easy to swallow.

Tablets are exactly what they say. Tablets only fill under half the plastic pot - a total waste of plastic!
