Slow start, but worth the wait If you're like me, you read a bunch of reviews before buying.
I saw people mention slow results, greasiness, even someone complaining about getting a used bottle, so I was a bit on the fence about trying this hair growth serum. But I'm glad I did! My bottle arrived sealed and brand new (phew). The serum itself has a super light scent (I barely notice it) and it doesn’t make my hair greasy or sticky. Big relief on those points. I’ve been using it every night for about 2-3 months now. To be honest, I didn’t see much change in the first few weeks and I almost thought it wasn’t working (I get why some folks were frustrated early on). But around week 6 or 7, I started noticing less hair in my brush and even a few little “baby hairs” along my hairline. I was ecstatic! It’s not like I suddenly have a thick mane – hair growth is a slow process – but my hair definitely feels fuller and healthier now. Plus, I haven’t had any scalp irritation at all, which is great because I have a sensitive scalp. Overall, I think this serum is worth a try if you’re patient. It’s easy to apply (just a couple drops and a quick massage, no mess) and for me it’s been gradually working. I'm about to finish my first bottle and will be ordering another. If you’re on the fence, I'd say give it a shot – just keep your expectations realistic and stick with it. I’m glad I didn’t give up after the first month, because I am finally seeing results.

Non-greasy; overwhelming 90's cologne fragrance
I want to rate this 3.5 but, since I can't, I don't feel it's fair to rate it 3 instead of 4 based on smell alone - something that's very subjective and might not be an issue for some. But, for someone who likes fresh, clean, natural scents - or none at all - the smell of the 90's male cologne (Drakkar Noir, anyone?) doesn't suit me. It doesn't linger for long, thankfully, but it does prevent me from using it days in a row (without washing hair in between) because the subsequent applications' scent sticks around longer.I have a hair type that benefits from non-daily washing, so I have to be careful with what products I use. I can use this once on my wash night, once again the day after using 2-3 fewer drops, then not again until I wash my hair next, or it will make my hair greasier than it normally would, forcing me to wash a day early. It might not seem like a big deal, but it kind of is for me and my schedule, so I just found what works for me with this product.Too soon to say if it works, but I would like to try to stick with this since it really is a lighter leave-in treatment than many I've tried. Not making my hair greasy is a big deal. The formula is like a water-gel and has some body to it, so you have time to drip it onto your scalp and get your hands to it before it runs down your face, lol. But the smell...I'll have to see if I can get over it for $13 (at time of purchase, 7/31/24).

Good for scalp. Not oily.
While it is too early to tell for new hair growth since I've been using this serum for only 30 days, it is a non-greasy product that doesn't need to be washed out the next morning. Just use a few drops as instructions say, concentrating on thinning areas. I am hoping this product will eventually give me new hair. I have been and am continuing to also use rosemary oil in a carrier oil which I apply the next afternoon after using the Satthwa serum the previous evening and not-required morning application. (I omit using rosemary oil if I am going out that day due to greasiness.) Great price on Satthwa serum and will buy again if new hairs come in. It appears at this time it is helping. Give it a try, especially at it's reasonable price!

Tried it for a month but didn't notice a change
I tried Satthwa Hair Growth Serum for one month but didn't notice any change. I really looked hard with a magnifying glass but couldn't see any new hair growth at the end of each week. However, nothing bad happened. Perhaps if I'd rubbed it in for several more months I would have seen something. But, alas, my hair remained thinner and sparser.

Good quality hair serum
For the price this is good quality. There are so many on the market that claim your hair will grow and do nothing. I used this for 4 months and my hair is becoming denser. I do not have thick hair and I like that it does not make my hair oily. I used it morning and evening. Will buy again.

Did not notice hair regrowth
I used this so far for about 3 weeks somewhat consistently and did not notice like any hair regrowth, which was disappointing as I'm starting to lose hair. I wouldn't recommend.

On the second one now ..
This is my 2nd bottle and I have been using it for 6 months and the results are encouraging. It did take time at first but after 2 months I started seeing some baby hair growth. The ingredients are very good and the fragrance is also good though I don't mind serum without the fragrance as well. Over all a good buy.
