Q: This might be a stupid question, but are these painted or what? How do they have the black color? I like them, but I just to ensure they are nontoxic.

They’re anodized stainless. Completely non toxic. I bought 2 sets (service for 8) and they’re holding up great.

Q: Is this 18/10 stainless steel?

I can't say for sure. I am not the seller. I am a purchaser. It has not rusted to date but I have only had it a short period of time. I love the look of it, just not so fond of the size of the forks and spoons. They seem either too big or too small. Over all, I do enjoy using them, though.

Q: What are the measurements of the flatware
