It was shipped with more than adequate protection. It was here before it was expected. Great quality. For the price, I was expecting an adequate product but this is at least as good as the original.

The screen arrived on time and was packaged very well. I was skeptical about the quality of the LCD, but it has exceeded my expectations. The look and feel of the display are just like the OEM. There is a slight edge bleeding in the lower left corner, but it is almost unnoticeable. Installing on my Lattitude 5400 was easy because I followed the videos and proceeded cautiously. Now my Lattitude Chromebook has a new life. I was distraught when I damaged the screen because Dell doesn't make this model with the specific configuration (16 GB RAM) anymore, so I am pleased that I can enjoy the machine for a few more years.

This installed in my Latitude 5420 with no issues. Looks great, and worked perfectly and a great price!
