Very Good product. It helps you keep alert throughout the day. I am currently into intermittent fasting. Although with a Indian Non-vegeterian diet it is very balanced but due to huge time between the foods I was feeling a bit low sometimes, and due to my workouts my muscles were staying sore for longer. Then I was suggested to take electrolytes. Fast and Up taste i didn't like. This product has a very good taste. you also feel energetic throughout the day. I take this about 5 hours into my fasting. It helps me stay alert and attentive.

Good for rehydration, taste could have been better . Very convenient to carry and use .

As I am working and my work profile is bit hectic and I need to be energetic for which electrolyte balance is important to reduce lethargy, so previously I used to take ORS solution or simple lemonade but one day scrolling on steadfast nutrition website I saw this product and order one for myself, so its been 2 weeks of using it. I like the product as it has no sugar and good proportion of sodium and potassium per serving. Flavouring of lemonade is perfect as per the requirement not too sweet not too mild. I feel refreshed after taking one tablet of steadlyte and get energized for my day to begin. Overall good product.

maltodextrin is the main ingredient and claims zero sugar. Keep away from this.

The product though meets the mark in all other aspects, and is also reasonably priced, has a very high level of artificial sweetener, which is not required for a product which is largely used by fitness conscious community. I have double checked my other electrolyte tablets, and none of them have so much artificial sweetener in them.
