DO NOT BUY - it won't fit (Badly Tooled)
After attempting to insert the rear sight properly and being unable to, I hired a local gunsmith to attempt to install this rear sight. Both the gunsmith, as well as the techs at the gun shop at my local range, were unable to get the rear sight inserted, and it was determined that the sight was badly tooled and the wedge was too large for the stock Glock 23 insertion slot. Do not buy – this will not fit.

Not bad for cheap sight
The brightness excellent and price cheap compare to the over price expensive that they sale here in Amazon. I bought this, because I was curious and read a lot of bad review regarding about item, if this cheap sight actually bright and it was and the brightness last longer too. All you need to do to make it work just charge it to a light source first such a flashlight for like 60 seconds and then it start to bright up. Most of the people how bought this didn't know about charging the sight first in order to work. My gamble payed off and I am happy for the purchase.

It was easy to install, it fit and color matched my Glock 45 perfectly. It's Glock branded so you know it's great quality. Only complaint is, you'll need a flashlight at night just to get the sights to glow which makes it practically useless.
