Matrix Colour Sync Dye, Color SPV

I purchase this for my hairdresser to use on my hair because she can’t get it locally. I love this colour so happy with product and it does not cause a reaction on my scalp.

It’s quite good. My hairdresser recommend it.

My first order came in a large white envelope. I was intrigued as to why the envelope was absolutely flat, as there was no way a tube and a box and was in that envelope! As I suspected when I opened it, there was nothing inside, I was annoyed as had been waiting for this, after bleaching my hair and I was desperate for a toner. I spoke with Amazon and they arranged to send another, which was great, but it didnt solve why then item wasn't in the envelope in the first place... Product - If you have a big difference in your roots and they havent lifted enough to the color of your ends, then you will see a difference with this particular toner. You must use the correct developer for this product, dont be tempted to use anything else and also read the instructions. I have had this on at a hairdressers and so I knew what it would be like. I would suggest leaving it on the roots for 2 minutes then combing through to the ends if your hair is porous no more than 4 mins then take it off, otherwise it will leave a bit of a pink hue if left longer. This is an acid based toner and Its lasting power isn't great in fact 4 washes and it was out.

Nice product, ive use it with the colour activator. The colours was nice, platinum blond with a hint of blue. Not brassy or “chicken yellow”. Super, loved it!

I loved the product. Although im still not the colour I am looking for I think this due to not being light enough before using the toner but it has done the job of offsetting all the brassy tones without causing lilac ends or green tones in my hair. Perfect for now while my hair recovers from bleaching. Much happier with my colour thanks to this. However, I would source it elsewhere. It was supposed to arrive last Saturday and only arrived today, almost a week late. Great if you're happy to wait. The company are hard to get a response from then when they do finally get back in touch, I found the customer service, rude, condescending and not helpful.
