Stylish useful switch.
Very cool switch, looks great, and easy to use. There are only two minor complications that I wish to address that would not stop me from buying another. 1, it's single Gang with two switches which means you are most likely trying to fit this into a two gang box. That can take some creativity to mount. Two, it does not work with 5 ghz wifi. If you have a dual band router, not an issue, right? Wrong. I had to get my router to split its bands into separate networks. Other than that, this thing is super cool, easy to use and easy to connect to google home.

UPDATE: Was great when it worked (working now)
UPDATE 20180223: Whatever issues there were, seem to have self corrected and it has worked flawlessly since. I intend to buy more smart switches, adding 4 channels everywhere just in case I want to add lighting. My only gripe is that I wish there were more options like dimming. Doesn’t work with my SmartThings hub but works with Alexa. Well priced.Wouldn’t connect at first. When it finally did, it lasted a week before it would randomly disconnect and one of the channels started switching on and off incessantly. Even when I removed the device from the app it continued to do this. Included instructions not helpful. Almost impossible to read without a magnifying glass. No support and website is absolutely unhelpful. There is a Chinese support number. But that is all. Was great when it worked. I bought a SmartThings hub for it, too. What a dissapointment. From the app the device would be online for a second then appear disconnectedcycling through the process second by second. I Have TP Link switches that have been no problems at all, but I can only use with Alexa not SmartThings.

Great product for the price. Happy with it so far.
Happy so far. Had to use a tablet to pair, as my Moto 4x did not work, perhaps something with the way app deals with Wifi pairing, anyhow, I setup a temporary place near the router to test and pair, then installed. I did put some electrical tape to cover up the screws, since the electrical box is metal. Still it works well, timers set for each circuit independently, Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant working fine with it so far. 1 say so far, but I like it. Good product for multiple switches in one, easy hookup, easy operation, fits well, mounts well in a busy electric box full of wires. Sorry, attached pictures are not in order...

Good switch with bad instructions, here is help
This double switch works just fine. The instructions for installation could be better written, and it caused me some concern, so I'm going to put up a couple of pictures to help anyone with a similar setup to mine. I have an older home, and my wiring was possibly coded with different colors. So here is my setup: Neutral was white and was not connected to my original switch, but it was in the switch box; two white wires connected with a wire nut. My old switch had two black wires, one red wire and a bare copper ground wire. A heads up now, there is no connection on this switch for a ground wire.I'm using this switch to control the indoor and outdoor lights at my front entrance, one switch for each light. The white wires are my neutral, the black are the "hot" wire, and the red wire is "switch", or for me it operated the indoor light. In my case the two black wires from the original switch could be connected to each other, resulting in my outdoor light powering on without any switch connected. What I had to do to connect this switch: First, I had to get a bit of white wire the same gauge as the household wiring, and connect it to the white neutral wires inside my switch box.. This was accomplished by turning off the power at the breaker box, removing the wire nut on the two white wires, and adding my new pigtail white wire, and replacing the wire nut with a larger one capable of containing all three wires. That is the hardest part of the install.Next, I connected that white pigtail wire to the N(in) and made sure it was secure. Then I put my first black wire into the L(in) securely . Next I attached the second black wire to the L2(out), and lastly the red wire was attached to the L1 (out). Again, the ground wire has no connection. At this point I located a fire extinguisher and, holding my breath , switched the breaker back on. Everything worked at this point, so I checked my connections and carefully popped the cover of the new switch off with a small screwdriver. This allows access to the screw holes that secure the switch into the switch box. There are notches in the switch cover, so it can only be replaced one way, but snapping it in to place took more "push" than I would have expected.I tried to connect with a smart app I'm already using, but it wouldn't connect. Fortunately the EWelink app works fine. I'm not going into detail for the connection stuff, just hold down one or both switch buttons until the buttons blink quickly and use the app to connect. One important note; if you are using google home integration you won't find EWelink app in the list, but look for Smart We Link and use it.

it is quite tight getting all the wires in a single gang OLD work style box
I do wish that it was 5g wireless. I found out that what I currently use is that. but I had an older router that was abandoned and after connecting it to that it works fine with the app. I agree the directions are pretty vague and hard to understand. I communicated with the vendor and was pretty confident it would work and It works great. I will say it is quite tight getting all the wires in a single gang OLD work style box. It was 3 (12/2 wires with ground) this provided the power and the switching capabilities for lights and fans independently. I can control the devices with my phone using the app. I hope that it can be firmware upgraded to accept 5g routers

It does not fit into a conventional gang box and noting is available that would pass inspection.
This does not fit into a conventional gang box and there is not a way to modify the box with out it looking professional..The other problem is I can not get it to pair up with my WIFI I don't know what the problem is I can not find a troubleshooting information either with the directions or on line and there is no one to call for support. The instructions are poor and difficult to read the print is so small I had to take a photo of it with my cell phone and enlarge it.I am disappointed to say the leastI

Works like a charm with our Alexa app
Works like a charm with our Alexa app. I never knew that I had a need to dim lights to 20%, but now I can because of this smart light switch.
