They work but are thinner that OEM Domes.
They seem to bend over time. I don't like that there is only one opening at the top facing up. They seem to build up with wax easier than Phonak domes.

I like that they fit and work. The material is flimsy and cheap feeling like they won't last long, but for the price they are good enough for now.

They did not fit my device, my unit is a military device that they fit but did not fail to slide out and stop noise problem I have with the original frequency noise from the correct ones.
