These are comfortable socks that look good and fit well. Unusually for wool socks, they are not bulky or unduly thick-feeling: a definite benefit if you want to wear them with closely-fitting shoes.Update after some months of wearing: these socks have proved to be excellent, so I am adding the fifth star and purchasing a few more pairs.

Probably the most comfortable socks I've ever worn. Soft, smooth and cosy - so easy to put on. They stay up effortlessly all day long without leaving ridge marks on your legs. If you prefer wool-rich socks all year round, these are excellent for the warmer months as they are relatively thin but still extremely comfortable on the skin. They also come in a range of understated but attractive patterns that will go with many types of attire.
