The ice gel packs are firm and work very well after exercise and stay cold for a good 15-20 minutes then I re-freeze again. I have also used heated up for achilles relief. Doesn’t take but a few seconds. The wrap itself is neoprene and not really meant to wear while walking so it is very good for elevating and resting after exertion.

You definitely only use it during a long rest period or sleep. The moment you get up to walk, it feels like you are going to split it in two. It's great for over night use or when you have a while to sit down and relax. You must take this off before standing up!

I like every thing about this product. It is very comfortable, easy to place on the ankles. The additional strap ensures full contact of the gel pack around the ankle. Cools long enough for a 20 minute session. The back in the free mare for two hours and it’s ready again. I have used it with a thin sock or staring on the skin. Both work for me. No water, no ice, no dripping and no condensation. Perfect.

This is not going to be as cold as a regular ice pack. I will say it worked perfectly for my boobs while breastfeeding. I also used it on my incision for the csection. The only thing is I didn’t use the covers because it wasn’t cold enough for me to feel it well through them. I had to put it against my skin to really feel it but because both of those areas were tender it worked out good for me. I didn’t want it much cooler than that. They don’t stay cool too long and for some reason the beads looked like they were busted a little because there was red and blue liquid all inside the bag rather than in the beads.Overall it was a good buy but not a great one.

Nice wrap with 2 ice bags that stay cold. The wrap nicely secures the ice pack to my ankle & I'm sure it would work on other joints as well. A secondary Velcro strap came with it but I have found the Velcro on the wrap itself is sufficient for my purpose. The 6"x6" ice bag pocket is a little small to substitute my own bag but the 2 included bags fit very well. All in all, a good purchase.

Great brace for icing. Ice packs are easy to use. Have not tried the heat / microwave option. Would recommend

The first night I used this ice pack, I had to take it off after 5 minutes. The ice pack was so cold it was hurting my foot. So the next time I wore it, I took the ice pack out of the freezer and let it sit for several minutes before putting it on. It did much better that time and I was able to wear it longer. I do struggle with putting it on, but only because of a knee injury that prevents me from bending my knee so I can reach foot. Overall, a good product.
