Aurora Nutrascience Ultra-Liposomal Magnesium L-Threonate for Cognitive Support and Increased Focus and Concentration, Grape, 30 Servings, 10 fl oz

Just started to take this for cognitive support, and am taking it in the morning before breakfast and at night before bed as the product recommends taking this on an empty stomach. I have a very sensitive stomach and have not had an y side effects from this and it does feel like it is providing higher clarity even after only a few days. The product has clinically demonstrated ingredients.Ordered it thinking it would be added to our smoothies but the label states not to put it in a high speed mixer. It has to be refrigerated after opening, so not a great product if you want to travel with it. It recommends gentle sharing so my guess is the product is maybe more like apple cider vinegar and doesn't do well with vigorous shaking. It tastes a bit like grape juice and is not overly sweet even though it is sweetened with Stevia leaf extract.I was reading about the benefits that liposomal products have in general and this is a drug preparation that contains Magnesium l-theronate inside very tiny, fat-like particles. This form is easier for the body to absorb and allows more drug to get to the target area of the body. According the the National Cancer Institute Liposomal drugs may have fewer side effects and work better than other forms of the product.This product has a very good tamper resistant packaging and it is manufactured by Aurora life sciences with a good website that provides more details than what is found on the product label. The address and toll free numbers for the manufacturer and distributer (Vida life sciences) are clearly posted on the label.

I don’t know what I’m this or why it works but it absolutely does. I get Distracted and hop on my phone every chance I get. I do it even in the middle of something I want to be doing.The other day I was doing something not so fun, I had to condense 3 pages worth of writing down to short enough key words and phrases so that it could all fit on the front and back of a standard playing card (for my board game review hobby). I was able to sit there for 4 hours and completely forget about my phone. I got the card done in one shot/ one sitting and was very proud of the work I accomplished after.Thinking this was a fluke, the next day I tried it again and was able to focus on writing and developing 4 board game review videos in one day. I had lots of focus. I recommend this highly.And it tastes good, like a grape juice.Oh I also like the design of the bottle and cup. The cup you drink it with fits onto the bottle like an extra cap so you don’t have to store it anywhere.

This form of magnesium is supposed to be beneficial for memory, it is the only form of magnesium that can cross the blood/brain barrier. I have read the studies and it does take about 2 weeks of consistent use for the benefits to be noticed and at their peak. If you stop taking it, the benefits will cease as well. This is watery, if you were expecting something thicker like milk of magnesia, it is sweet, purple, and grape flavored with a good taste. This has a cap that doubles as a measuring cup and it does need to be refrigerated after opening. The directions state this is best to take on an empty stomach and once a day, 2 tsps. This will last 1 month if taken as directed.My mother, who has Alzheimer's, has recently started taking L-threonate (another brand) and it has made a difference for her that we have noticed. She also has started taking ashwaghanda gummies in the late afternoon before her sundowning, if that matters, (that helps her too) I feel I am just walking in her footsteps so I will update this in about 2 weeks with anything I notice about this for myself with respect to memory. Magnesium L-threonate also helps if your hair is thinning and with male pattern baldness as it inhibits DHT.The only concern I have with this the monthly cost being $50, but there are not many liquid options available that I have seen, but I think this could be more affordable. I will update the results, but for now I am giving 4 stars for taste and convenience. I personally have never taken this form of magnesium so I have no basis for comparison. I am hopeful.

This has been a failed experiment with negative results...Not only did I not notice any improvements in my cognitive function, but I also experienced an upset stomach every time I took it. The discomfort was enough that I had to stop using it after only a few days.Another drawback is the price, this product is significantly more expensive than other similar supplements on the market. I received a sample but if i would have paid for this I would feel like I wasted my money, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.Bottom line, I had a negative experience with the Aurora Nutrascience Ultra-Liposomal Cognitive Support. It caused me an upset stomach, didn't deliver the promised benefits, and is overpriced compared to other options.

I ordered this 10 fl oz (300mL) Aurora Nutrascience Ultra-Liposomal for its Cognitive Support Benefits. This Plastic Bottle came with a Plastic Dosing Cup; both were shrink-wrapped. The main Ingredient, this Product uses, is 1500mg of Magnesium L-Theronate, followed by 250mg of Red Grape Juice Extract, 250mg of Uridine 5-Monophosphate Disodium Salt and a Blend of numerous other Ingredients. Based on the Bottle, the Dose is 10 ml (2 Teaspoons). This red/purple-looking Supplement has a strong, refreshing, tart and sweet Taste of Red Grape even though it’s watery. One Concern I came across some Research about Uridine Monophosphate is that it may increase Blood Pressure, which may not be good for People with High Blood Pressure. Consult with a Doctor please before taking this Product. Research also suggests to take Uridine with Fish Oil for better Cognition Results. Overall, I like this Product; I even like the strong Taste of it. But, despite being ultra-Liposomal, I have to yet see or feel a real Change in Focus and Concentration. Maybe, just like many other Supplements, it may take longer to take Effect. Also, I think this Product is a bit pricy.
