Very satisfied with this pc. I have used this pc for about 3 weeks and no problems at all. Speed is good, no system errors. Quality is good. quiet etc. Best value for the money.

Update 12.20.24 Thank God for Amazon customer service! The computer worked until 12.6.24. Then it shut down giving a BIOs error. Contacting the seller is useless. They will reply to messages with IT solutions, that if you are not tech savvy, probably won't be able to attempt. Luckily, I am tech savvy, but the computer still won't work. Seller is not good at customer service or truly wanting to replace/ repair the item. This is a very good value for the person who does not want to spend a lot of money on a new computer. It does everything as well as a new top dollar computer. Windows 11 works well. Like any new computer, you will need to update preferences and download from the cloud or transfer your files. It's a really simple set up. There were no compatibility issues with my printer, monitor or mouse.The only complaint that I have is the wireless keyboard and mouse that came with the unit. They are really cheap and it's probably better for you to use your existing keyboard and mouse or purchase new ones. For me neither the mouse nor the keyboard would stay connected.

I had older desktops which did not meet the minimum for windows 11. Before doing all the data migrations and application installations, it occurred to me to copy the old SSD drive to a nvme. Inserted it in the new machine and it decided it could do the upgrade. Took me about 2 hrs for each system instead of 10-15. I saved all the new nvme-s (envelope taped inside the box) in case I need to repurpose the system in the future! Can’t lose the nvme inside the case

So far this computer has been excellent, It boots up very quickly and all applications open up fast as well. It connected easily to my WIFI and the 4 USB ports on the front of the computer come in very handy for charging my phone and 2 tablets. Windows 11 is just as easy to use as other versions. Overall I feel comfortable in recommending this computer to others.

I only buy Dell refurbished computer for me and my wife. Very good quality. No surprise. I had 8 of them.My actual computer is a win10 Dell OptiPlex 9020 that I bought as refurbished. Perfect for what I am doing (Excel , Word, stock market , Internet ..No game) its a fantastic tool running 3 monitors but I wanted win 11. I selected a refurbished Dell OptiPlex 7060.I got the computer on time well packed, no visual default. It works well for 2 or 3 days , after 3 days the ON/OFF button started to behave badly ,the power supply was shutting and it was taking 20 minutes to start the PC . (I got looked out many times) I tried all the troubleshooting from amazon and different web on internet and I got no improvement. I decided to return it. The return was fast and I got a refund today.Dell Quality is not the problem>Refurbished PC was must be retested seriously.
