Is it any good for night sweats

It depends on how heavy you sweat during night time but I believe it will do just fine! I haven't had any night sweats and where I live is quite hot in summertime. I used to have quite heavy sweating, even at cold temperatures but not anymore. I do suggest that you give it a try and see if it fits you. Please read the instructions thoroughly and apply as suggested.

I sweat around the back of my neck, under my long hair. Could I use it for this?

Yes, you can absolutely use it! It is amazing on every part of the body that you feel excessive sweat, except your face and private area, where you should probably avoid. If you have been using Perspi-guard on your armpits and other parts, you then surely know that it works best if used after your shower, on dry skin, preferably at night when it will have time to work during your sleeping time. Oh, and you should wait for it to dry once applied before you let your hair down. I hope that this helps, and that you can see a difference after use. Initial use should probably be once every other day, but after a while you can change the intervals of usage. For me, it's down to once a week now, and I couldn't be happier! And the best thing is that it controls odours so well!!!
