Works but expensive as hell!
This stuff sorts your pots but damn, it's expensive. Also, once your fader/pot is working, it doesn't have the same feel. I'm yet to work out how to add back a bit of physical resistance.

Expensive? But it is used sparingly and pays for itself pretty quickly.
It may seem expensive, but consider the alternative is much more expensive trip to a music tech to fix a scratchy pot or fader.NOTE: if you looking to fix a sticking flying fader, this may not be the product you want. Flying faders can stick because of contamination, in which case you need to dismantle the mixer to clean them; F5 will certainly clean them well but the oil may cause the motor driven cable to slip unless carefully removed after cleaning. HOWEVER, sticking flying faders are more often due to old or bad driver capacitors. Try swapping a sticking and working flying fader. If the sticking one now works and the working one now sticks, the problem is the driver caps. Get a tech to fix it.

Does what it says
Bought this as I read the details. I was quite impressed with the operation, cleaned the faders great. the straw was required and got into some difficult areas. worth the extra as I usually use Servisol.

There are claims that using these on carbon track potentiometers can cause migration of the carbon from the resistance track, particularly where the metallic contacts are attached.\nFaderlube is specially formulated to prevent this happening, and to stop the ultimate failure of the component due to this migration. \nHope this is helpful."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"Is this from caig as the one I got sent is by Hosa","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"Mine has Caig written on it and it exactly as in the pictture"}}]}]}
