Moves around a lot, requires much adjustment
Works well but needs you to re-adjust the sleeve pretty regularly meaning it’s not ideal for exercise sadly

Pros and cons
I am disappointed that this is not a pair. I had to order another one. I wish it was packaged as a pair as one would assume. I am put of buying from this brand again. Product is good quality and provides medium support and fits well. This is a honest review of pros and cons.

They show as adjustable and don’t show the size prior to ordering. I received my package and the quality is good; however, it is an XL. I am a medium and this thing would slide down to my ankle almost immediately. Be mindful prior to ordering. I am 5’10 and 185lbs and this thing could fit two of my thighs.
