This is a good wrap for hand tremors to help steady the hand. My husband works with tools and we have purchased several weighted wraps and I bought also the ball you hold in your hand and it vibrates. All of these work!

I have dealt with Essential Tremors for several years now and were unaware of any medical devices that would help alleviate the tremors in my hands until I researched and discovered the hand weights that were made just for that purpose. While wearing it, I am now able to hold a cup of coffee without spilling it. I highly recommend this device for anyone suffering from Essential Tremors. They are easy to put on and can be used for either hand. They are of good quality and the weight is perfect for me. I am able to function better when I am wearing it.

A PT told me that they used weighted gloves in PT, so I thought I try one of these. a weight glove is just too heavy. This is perfect , doesn't tire your hand out. Sizing is not easy.. I'm average lady and measured across my hand like directions stated to do. Going by reviews and running small I ordered a large. It's a tad big but i make it work by twisting the finger holes one time. That snugs them to where they don't fall down. A bit pricy ..no instructions on cleaning..hand wash/air dry is what I do. The elastic finger holes could be replaced if you're a sewer. I may check out weight gloves because they are cheaper.

It does help with my tremors and my handwriting can now be understood! The overall quality has a little to be desired though. The elastic on the finger holds stretch and become loose. My wife has stitched one of them back to see if it will hold. But will continue to use since it does seem to help with my essential tremors.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Got these for my mother because she’s had hand tremors for over 10 years. Today was her first day using them and she said they helped tremendously. She can even write faster with them. On the picture she wrote her name twice, once with the gloves (#1) and once without the gloves (#2). Her handwriting with the gloves is much smoother. And the gloves fit her well.
