after the mask comes out the freezer how long is it recommended that we wear it for?

Don’t put it in the freezer put it in the fridge for half an hour I leave it on for about 10-15 minutes

How long is the strap? I don't like it very tight

No it's not tight at all it's quite secure and pretty sure it's extendable. Ideal in freezer for 20 -30 mins or in fridge to keep cool

They clearly advertise soft edges but rvery photo review shows a cheap looking thing, has anyone actually recieved the product as sold?

I only received the one with scratchy edges
