For any returned computer that is damaged due to customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in an unsellable condition due to customer intervention, the customer will be charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. WayPonDEV will not accept returns of desktop or notebook computers more than 30 days after receipt of the shipment. New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace Vendors are subject to each Vendor's return policy.
